What are my options?

• Crowns can be made from all porcelain to porcelain and metal to all metal. 
  • All porcelain:  this option gives the most natural look with no metal involved at all.
  • Porcelain and metal:  this option is proven to be long lasting while still having the benefit of a natural appearance. 
  • All metal:  is most commonly used for the molars where function is the main issue.

Bridge

What is the difference between a bridge and a removable partial?  

• Bridges are fixed in the mouth to fill in spaces of missing teeth.  These allow for a more natural feeling for restoration of missing teeth without the maintenance of a removable partial.

Can I still eat all my favorite foods with a bridge?

• The chewing surfaces are more natural than a partial and are as effective as natural teeth.
